Cross Country Per Diem offers health and life insurance coverage to full-time contract employees who work a minimum of 120 hours per month. You are insured by the best group plan with major medical, preventative diagnostic and basic dental coverage, and life insurance. Plus our health insurance is portable, so you can take your insurance with you if you decide not to keep your full-time contract status.
Dependent Health/Dental/Life Insurance
Coverage may include eligible dependents. Basic coverage is available for qualified dependents for an additional fee. All dependent coverage charges are deducted monthly from your paycheck, on a pre-tax basis.
Cross Country Per Diem is pleased to offer advance pay as an option for our nursing and allied healthcare professionals.
Cross Country Per Diem offers a 401(k) plan once you have been employed for 90 days and worked 260 consecutive hours. You may begin to contribute to the plan starting on the first day of the calendar quarter. We are also happy to offer an employee match.
